The company Sky Express had the pleasure of participating in the panel discussion titled “The Law on Information Security”, organized by the Italian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, where our company was represented by Andrej Nikitin, BDM.
The event, dedicated to the implementation of the new Law on Information Security and the EU NIS2 Directive, brought together company representatives and experts from various fields with the aim of exchanging practical experiences and examining the key challenges of regulatory compliance. Important topics were opened regarding corporate responsibility, risk management, and the organizational adjustments introduced by the new regulatory framework.

During the discussion, participants addressed topics such as the classification of information systems, management responsibility, risk management, internal procedures and security policies, as well as the financial and organizational implications of compliance.
Particular value was added through practical examples and an open exchange of experiences about the real challenges companies are already facing. The Q&A segment further shed light on specific dilemmas related to the implementation of legal obligations.
Following the formal part of the program, the conversation continued during the networking session, allowing participants to exchange views and strengthen professional connections.
