Is your company ready for the new Law on Information Security?
Following successfully delivered panels on the New Law on Information Security topic with the German and Italian Chambers of Commerce, Sky Express continues its series of expert discussions in collaboration with the Swiss-Serbian and British-Serbian Chambers of Commerce.
The panel discussion will take place on 21 April in Belgrade, focusing on organisational readiness for the new Law on Information Security and alignment with the EU NIS2 Directive.
Our colleague Andrej Nikitin will speak about the practical aspects of implementing the new regulatory framework and the role of information security as a key strategic priority, together with representatives from Enetel Solutions, Alta banka, and the law firm Gecić Law.

Panel Discussion on the Information Security Law
The Italian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce to Host Panel Discussion on the Information Security Law
The panel will bring together experts from the legal, technological, and business communities with the aim of providing companies with insights into:

Our colleague Andrej Nikitin will participate in the panel, engaging with representatives from WALK, Delta Real Estate, UniCredit Bank, and DDOR Novi Sad to discuss the implementation of the law, the challenges faced by companies, and solutions that can enhance information security.

AHK Panel Discussion: The Law on Information Security – Key Provisions and Practical Implementation
The Digitalization and Cybersecurity Committee of the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce is organizing a panel discussion dedicated to the Law on Information Security, with a focus on its key provisions, regulatory requirements, and impact on the operations of companies in Serbia.
Together with representatives of the Ministry, the legal profession, and IT security experts, we will discuss the challenges in implementing the law and expectations for the period ahead. Our colleague Andrej Nikitin will participate in the panel.

Conference POLITEHNIKA 2025 – connecting knowledge, industry, and future technologies
At this year’s POLITEHNIKA 2025 conference, held on November 28th at the Sava Center, experts from industry, academia, and research institutions gathered to discuss current topics in technology, engineering, and the application of artificial intelligence.
Our colleague, Goran Kovačević, participated in the panel discussion “Will robots replace humans?”
Goran emphasized that AI and robotics do not replace humans but rather complement them — with an increasing need for safe, responsible, and reliable systems.

The Government of the Republic of Serbia has adopted the Draft Law on Information Security, marking an important step toward strengthening national cyber resilience and harmonizing with European standards (the NIS2 Directive).
