Cyber Security Conference in Montenegro
SkyExpress company participates as a partner in the Second regional Cyber Security conference, which will be held on May 17th , 2019 in "CenterVille Hotel & Experiences" Podgorica, Montenegro, organized by the Vision Event and NGO Secure, patronized by Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro. The main theme of the conference is "Strengthening of national cyber security in the context of countering hybrid threats based on established standards of NATO and EU on a global level".
The objective of Cyber Security Conference is to provide insight into setting up, maintaining and improving information security, protection against hybrid threats at the national level, protection of the critical infrastructure in companies and institutions, through information and education on ways to prevent, detect, defense, as well as alleviating the consequences of cyberattacks.
According to Sky Express, CBO, Tiodor Jovovic, who will present the topic "Simple solutions for complex threats" at the conference in Montenegro, there is no doubt that cyber security is a very dynamic and complex discipline, as well as the range that covers, which is huge in each of its many areas.
- "As security threats become more sophisticated and new technologies are more widely adopted, achieving and maintaining a satisfactory level of security of information systems is becoming increasingly complex and less manageable," Jovovic points out, adding, "As Bruce Schneier, better known as the "security guru" recently declared "complexity is the worst enemy of security". I fully agree with this statement. Knowing that, our company will present in Montenegro a set of solutions that not only enhance security, but at the same time increase operational efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and contribute to simplifying functioning of modern security information security system. "
Cyber Security Conference will host around 150 participants from Montenegro, the region and Europe. Participants of the conference are directors and managers of institutions and organizations, including ICT departments, people in charge for cyber security in corporations, the Government and its institutions; ministries, international organizations, missions, embassies, financial institutions (banks, insurance companies) telecommunications, auditing and IT companies.
